Dear FTP Masters,
Please remove the package php-versioncontrol-svn.
* It has no reverse dependencies and I can name 5 installation of this
  package from the 7 reported by Popcon.
* It was never released in stable.
* Package has been flagged as RFA almost 2 years ago and no candidate appeared
  to maintain the package, please conѕider the package as orphaned.
* As there is php 5.4 transition ongoing I decided to ask you for removal
  of the package.
