Bug#656591: O: fossology -- open and modular architecture for analyzing software

Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

The current maintainer of fossology, Matt Taggart <taggart@debian.org>
are apparently not
active anymore. Therefore, I orphan this package now.

Maintaining a package requires time and skills. Please only adopt this
package if you will have enough time and attention to work on it.

If you want to be the new maintainer, please see
http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/index.html#howto-o for detailed
instructions how to adopt a package properly.

Some information about this package:

Package: fossology
Version: 1.2.0-3.1
Priority: extra
Section: utils
Description: open and modular architecture for analyzing software
The FOSSology project is a web based framework that allows you to upload
software to be picked apart and then analyzed by software agents which produce
results that are then browsable via the web interface. Existing agents include
license analysis, metadata extraction, and MIME type identification.

This metapackage ensures that the fossology component packages needed for a
single-system install are installed in the right order. For a multi-system
install, consult the README.Debian file included in the fossology-common
 package.
