I'm not sure where the .diff.gz and .dsc are supposed to come from, I am 
currently running the following command:

dh-make-perl -e paul@xk7.net --cpan Net::FTPSL --desc 'Module for 
creating a client which can connect to FTPS servers' --closes 645011

I end up with a .orig.tar.gz, but nothing else. If I add --build to the 
arguments I get the .deb as well.
