Upstream released 1.1 a while ago.
As of today, it got a debian package stub too.

	$ ln -s packaging/debian

I've built that with upstream version 1.1-20111026-git036fccd3.
Installs nicely.

The things missing now are:

	libdivecomputer0
	libdivecomputer-dev
