I'm sorry to inform you that's not the case. This bug report is a Request
For Package; it's a place to coordinate requests for the work and any
possible future people who might step forward to do the work.

To my knowledge there's no work being done on this for Debian yet, and I'm
not suitable to package a complex PHP application :-)

Great! I'm glad that it's further along than I'd thought.

If you decide to resume this work and contribute the package to Debian,
please act early to update this bug report accordingly:

    If you are going to package this, retitle the bug report to replace
    "RFP" with "ITP", in order for other people to know the program is
    already being packaged, and set yourself as the owner of the bug. Then
    package the software, upload it and close this bug once the package has
    been installed.
