Hi

I do not use anymore 'giplet'. I would like to give it away if someone
is interested in maintaining it. There are seldomly new upstream
versions and upstream currently does not have much time to continue
developing.

giplet needs probably adaption for GNOME3 [1].

The package is a good shape for the moment, but keep in mind the
above.

The package description is as follows:

Description: GNOME IP display applet
 Giplet is a simple GNOME panel applet that displays your
 computer's ip address. Giplet can either display the ip
 address of a specified ethernet interface or the ip address
 the outside world sees.
 .
 Giplet can also be set to recheck every so often in case
 your router resets or the ip address is renewed.
