We could have a fuse4bsd source package, then a fuse-utils
binary with the userland utility (mount.fusefs), and another
binary for the kfreebsd module.

The latter will have to be versioned (e.g. fusefs-kmod-8.2-1-amd64)
unless/until someone comes up with a better way (port dkms?).
