Hi there. I'm also keen on having Storm available in Debian so please let me know if there's anything I can do to help. I can't sponsor it but I can help review, test, update, or fix problems. Also, Scott Kitterman has ported it to dh_python2 and updated it to the latest upstream version. Please take a look at the package in Oneiric for the latest and greatest. Finally, I would suggest that you maintain Storm in DPMT.
