While removing kdelibs from KDE3 seems a reasonable goal (and IMHO
we must remove it), I am not so sure about Qt3: there some applications
that do not have a good equivalent/port and it does not seem
so harmful as kdelibs3.
So for now, sim-IM could stay in the Debian archive, but it must
drop the kdelibs3 dependency and just build the qt3 component. If you
want to adopt the package and make the necessary changes, please,
do not hesitate and go ahead =)
