there is an explicit exception in the license of opencsg:

>   As a special exception, you have permission to link this library

the reason it says "License: GPL-2+" in the original opencsg bug report
is that there was no such exception until i discovered the problem
during packaging -- the upstream license and the debian package were
modified to reflect that since then.
