Most of the times this is benign. It can be suppressed when using
"dmtcp_checkpoint -q -q" (yes, twice); however it will also suppress
any warning messages also (generally, that should be okay). I haven't
tested dmtcp with ipython in a long time. Why not I give it a try
today and write you back. Ok?
