Bug#609038: ITP: biomaj -- a biological databank update and processing tool

Hi,
I would be glad to maintain it for Debian Med too.
I use this software internally at work so I can easilly test it and maintain it for quite a long time.

I gonna update the ITP bug with additional info

Thanks

Olivier

Hi Oliver,

this package seems to be quite interesting for Debian Med.
Would you consider maintaining it in the Debian Med packaging
team?

In any case: Could you please provide the whole template for ITP
bugs? There is some information (License, Programming language,
proper description) missing.

Kind regards and thanks for working on this package

     Andreas.

I want to package the Biomaj tool (http://biomaj.genouest.org) for Debian.
The tool is already on production on several servers worldwide.
