Hi, any news on YUI 3 packaging? Currently updating the loggerhead package in Debian would require YUI version 3 as it no longer works with YUI v2, so getting this packaged would be nice.
Today I have to get finish getting yui2 fixed up. The good news is I have time to to do this because my next assignment at work is to package yui3.
I actually looked it a bit, and it seems pretty trivial to adapt things from the yui2 package and just change some paths so that both can be installed in parallel. (My test packaging can be found from http://people.debian.org/~tvainika/ if it helps.)
I'll take a look thanks. However one thing I was hoping to do with yui3 is breakout the -min and -debug versions of the javascript files into their own packages. think it should be pretty simple but I haven't tried it yet.
