Arm is a terminal controller for tor [1]. See its project page [2] and wikipedia [3] for the project's description, screenshots, etc. It's an official part of the tor project, and under the GPLv3. For more context from people in the debian community please check with Erinn Clark and Peter Palfrader (cc-ed). The signed deb builds (along with rpm build and source tarball) are available at:
