Fluxbox lacks an application to start applications according to the
XDG spec. This application is lightweight and dependency free, a real
advantage when using a low-overhead window manager. I am the upstream
developer on this package. The upload of this package  will help to
achieve the end goal of providing a reliable and light-weight DE based
around the Fluxbox window manager.
