Hi

Upstream just informed me that they have now relicensed CMakeBuilder
under EPL 1.0 and their site have been updated to reflect this as
well[1]. This should solve the license issue; if time permits I may
package this later, but for now I am overbooked and if you are or anyone
else is interested, go ahead and take this one.
