This is a CPAN module LWP::Parallel::UserAgent which I need as a dependency for another .deb I'm building. NOTE: This needs to depend on either libwww-perl OR cpan-libwww-perl as it can work with both versions, and in my case its the cpan-libwww-perl that I need.
