I have packaged the new version here:

Also, it's available from the Alioth Git, just like all of my other
Debian packages:

Vcs-Browser: http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-php/php-mail-mime.git
Vcs-Git: http://git.debian.org/git/pkg-php/php-mail-mime.git

Please test the package, and once I got an "all clear, it's working"
from you, I'll upload in SID. :)
