The short description should not contain the package name, so:
  "python binding for libssh2 library."

It is usually a good idea to insert the original library's description,
so I suggest the following long description:

 SECSH-CONNECTION, SECSH-ARCH, SECSH-FILEXFER, SECSH-DHGEX,
