Bug#531587: ITP: task -- An open source, command-line, TODO list manager

Great, Alexander. Just do it.

Please be aware that we are currently preparing the relase of 1.9.0 (beta2 was released yesterday and we plan to have 1.9.0 out before the end of the month). Which is why I haven't prepared the 1.8.5 for you. Sorry that I missed to inform you, I realize now.

How would that influence the upload of the packages?

Would you also prepare "official" packages for x86?

I appreciate your help.

/Fredde

Since I need task for my daily work, I prepared packages on my own.  You can
find the source and compiled packages at
http://people.debian.org/~alexander/task/ , the git-repository I use for
development has been published at http://github.com/fd0/task

Can you all please have a look at these packages?

Federico, is it ok for you, if I upload these packages to the archive? :)

Cheers,
- Alexander
