Bug#541059: O: fxload -- Firmware download to EZ-USB devices

We use fxload in our products. I just noticed it has been orphaned.

There's a new upstream release that also removed the need for the local
patch added in the previous NMU. I still need to review the two other
proposed patches.

At first glance it would be simpler to re-do most of the packaging, as
this is a fairly simple package.

I'll probably need a sponsor for it, though.
