Description : Perl module to handle include/exclude lists

Algorithm::IncludeExclude lets one define a tree of include/exclude rules
and then determine the best rule for a given path. After providing the
sequence of include and exclude rules, one can check if a given file path
 should be included or not.

Closing this bug without uploading because Algorithm::IncludeExclude
is no longer required by MojoMojo. It remains in the pkg-perl
repository for a later upload should the need arise.
