I request that this module be packaged for users of Perl 5.8 on Debian.  In particular,
this module is now a dependency of the Koha open source ILS, which itself is (slowly)
being packaged for Debian.

IPC::Cmd is a core module as of Perl 5.10, which is why my request applies to earlier
versions of Perl.
