Bug#511613: closed by Antonio Radici <antonio@dyne.org> (reply to antonio@dyne.org) (ITA: libpam-pwgen -- a password generator)

What you should have done is to retitle and reassign the ITA into an
RM for ftp.debian.org. Moreover, is the package already removed? if
not, this bug should stay opened till it's gone.

Take note for the next time.
