Well, the only to-do item left for two weeks now has been
the debian/rules format one.  I raised a discussion about it on
the debian-perl list:

...and I'm not quite sure what the outcome of that discussion is :)
Gregor, may we consider Test::Portability::Files as another test case for
the new "%: dh $@" rules format, or should I just revert it back to
the standard dh 7.0 look?
