LibTomCrypt is a portable ISO C cryptographic library meant to be a
tool set for cryptographers who are designing cryptosystems.  It
supports symmetric ciphers, one-way hashes, pseudo-random number
generators, public key cryptography (via PKCS \#1 RSA, DH or ECCDH),
and a plethora of support routines.
