The real reason I want to upload this is because it's useful for the
tcptrace package, which has finally seen some maintainer attention after
a long period of neglect.  While tcptrace does include a script for
converting its output to a format usable by gnuplot, it was written with
the xplot.org tool in mind and works better with it.
