Except that it can't, because the OCR tool is Cuneiform and ExactImage
requires a patched version. Neither Cuniform nor the patch is in
Debian ATM.

But as I understand it, the patch is unlikely to be accepted in its
current form, and will need work upstream to implement the extra
command line switches required:
