Bug#431824: Morla needs non-openssl Redland package

thanks
Morla is GPL, so cannot be linked against openssl. Redland (containing
librdf) currently in Debian is linked against libpq that is linked
against openssl.
So either Morla needs to be dual-licensed using some openssl-friendly
license (question about that was posted to d-legal a moment ago) or
redland needs to provide a non-openssl flavor.
