I don't see a big problem with it. As we are both interested in
maintaining it my proposal is that we both do so.

Iustin, in your seperate mail you already told me that this would be
okay for you. Is it okay for you to maintain it in the collab-maint svn
repository? If so, then I'd set everything up.
