Please go right ahead and knock yourself out! :)
The current most pressing issue is an FTBFS since the GCC 4.3
transition took place. It has hit Ubuntu first and now concerns Debian
too.
If you need help to wrap up your first upload, please let me know,
I'll be glad to help.
