  Description     : Audio transcoding module for Apache 2

 This apache module converts files from one audio file format to another as
 they are being served by Apache. Supported formats are FLAC and Vorbis for
 the source, and Vorbis and WAV for the output. The module can be used in two
 different modes, either accessing files directly, or as an output filter.
