The package is technically completed, however there are some licensing issues with upstream (The way they distribute it constitutes a GPL violation *apparently* as although the engine is GPL (ioQuake3) the actual mod is under a GPL incompatible license (Quake3SDK). When this is resolved, some issue remain, such as the size of the package; it is unlikely the FTP masters would accept such a large package as it would take up ~1.3gb (710mb orig, 590mb final deb (LZMA compressed)) Until these issues are resolved the packages are hosted on my PPA (It states the packages are for Ubuntu Hardy, but they'll install and run just fine on Debian).
