I request an adopter for the rote package.

I initially packaged rote when I was working on packaging anyterm.
Since anyterm has now been superseded by ajaxterm and webshell, I don't
use this package. If someone would like to adopt this package, it is
very low maintenance. If nobody steps forward in a reasonable amount of
time, I will move to ask for removal of the package. The upsteam of
this package is inactive.

The package description is:
ROTE is a simple C library for VT102 terminal emulation. It allows the
programmer to set up virtual 'screens' and send them data. The virtual
screens will emulate the behavior of a VT102 terminal, interpreting escape
sequences, control characters and such. The library supports ncurses as
well so that you may render the virtual screen to the real screen when you
 need to.
 .
This package contains the files necessary to develop programs that use ROTE.

The package has been remove. No sense in anyone adopting it now.
