Debian::Package::Make is a module that aims to simplify the necessary
steps for completely automated builds of Debian packages and to
provide a sound base for make-*-package scripts.

This is useful for source distributions where contents change rapidly
or where peculiar licenses prohibit redistribution via public package
repositories.
