That's already the name of binary package, FWIW. I try to name the source package as closely as possible to the upstream package. So "MT19937" becomes mt19937, although the binary package generated is cl-mt19937, "Salza-PNG" becomes salza-png and generates a binary package cl-salza-png, whereas "CL-Vectors" is cl-vectors for both source and binary package.
