Content is fine.
Short description should not be capitalized ("draw plasmids..."), nor
end in a period.
Long description isn't formatted correctly. See section 5.6.13 of the
policy manual.
(It's entirely possible that you know this, and your control file is
correct. But there's no way for me to tell...)
