Gwyddion is a modular program for Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM)
visualization and analysis. It is primarily intended for analysis of
height fields obtained by SPM techniques like AFM, MFM, STM, SNOM/NSOM
etc. It can, however, be used for any other height field and image
analysis, too.
