asterisk-addons is a plugin package distributed by Digium and containing
plugins that are licensed under the GPL but their authors have not
signed the
copyright disclaimer, necessary for Digium to distribute them under a
commercial license and hence not included in the main Asterisk
distribution.
They are, however, suitable for all intents and purposes for inclusion
in Debian.

This is not going to be the actual description, since this is going to
be a multi-binary package, one for each plugin.

WIP can be found on pkg-voip-maintainers subversion repository on
alioth.
