Actually, I was imprecise in this answer. pysnmp-se has already been
uploaded to experimental two weeks ago, but is waiting in the Debian NEW
queue for hand approval by the FTP masters:

I'm going to upload to unstable in a few minutes, since the package is
working for me since weeks. This way as soon as the package is unblocked
it will hit unstable.

Thanks for the patches, but I wont integrate it in the first run of the
package (basically because I don't have the time these days to review
them). Can you please open, as soon as the package is available in the
archive, fill a wishlist bug report with them? Same for twistedsnmp. It
would be very much appreciated!
