A WYSIWYG HTML editor is an important software tool for any OS.

There was a package called NVU that was pulled from Debian as it
was no longer supported upstream - (this was an error as there
isn't anything that comes close to replacing it.  ("The upstream 
developer is not updating NVU anymore. He is working on a new 
version including an entire code rewrite.")- Debian should have 
kept nvu alive until the new version came out). kompozer is
a bug fixed version of nvu and should be part of debian until 
a tool that replaces that function comes along.
