Unfortunately I don't know of any REJECT archive, but you could check in the #debian-devel channel on IRC to see if there is such a thing. The only time I had a rejected package, I received an email explaining what had happened from an ftp-master. If you didn't get it and can't find it archived anywhere, I think you should mail the ftp-masters and ask again about a reason (as soon as possible, since if there is no archive, they might forget about the reason themselves! :-) ) Thanks for the quick answer!
