It just builds a minimal subset of VXL as static libs. I still need to figure out if upstream has support for setting proper so names. VXL seems to provide much more stuff than I need or even know about. I'm maintaining the packaging inside a SVN repository (with webSVN support): SVN via webDAV: http://apsy.gse.uni-magdeburg.de/svn/fsl/vxl/ webSVN: http://apsy.gse.uni-magdeburg.de/websvn/listing.php?repname=fsl&path=%2Fvxl%2F&rev=0&sc=0 I can either provide you with commit permissions there or we could move the whole thing to svn.debian.org or something. BTW: I usually like to use dpatch for handling patches. I think the build-depends already contain this, but actually there is no need for it yet. I'd be glad to hear your comments.
