I request an adopter for this package.  I've lost interest in this
package and nothing in Debian uses it apparently.  If you'd like to
see it survive, please take it.

The package description is:
 Elserv is an HTTP server which runs on Emacs, as a background process.
 Since Emacs does not support server sockets, Elserv runs dedicated server
 process (ruby script) as a backend process and communicate with it to provide
 a server feature on Emacs.
