Hi there,

Seeing what Leo said in #151608, back in 2002, do you still think it is
worth packaging gsubtitle?
Quoting, from this bug, reported 2002-07-01:

I am also working on it atm, just for personal use, I don't think I will
upload it, but is there anything I can help you with?

If you still plan to package gsubtitle, please answer, as you would
become upstream for it, if you don't, please close this bug.
