So, let me try again (this time cc'ed the list, as it seems you do not have authority on your own): I'd be happy to join the pkg-voip team. If you want me, then please add the Alioth account "js" to the team, and arrange for that account the get write access to your alioth subversion repository (which may or may not be same thing - I have experienced SVN access trouble at other teams!).
