The package description is:
This is the kernel driver for the GlobeTrotter 3G EDGE PC Card
(HSDPA-prepared). Serial Numbers can be used to identify this model.
Look for SNR: NZ. Driver and PC Card are provided by Option Wireless
Technology.

Note that the kernel interfaces related to this driver seem to change
frequently, so you need to be prepared to patch around a bit. (See
