Wen, do you still intend to adopt tcsh?

I was just packaging tcsh and contacting the former maintainer, Martin
Godisch, while you indicated to adopt the package by marking it RFA and
changing ownership of the bug to you. So I thought, well, I was too late
and you'll do the job. But as I haven't seen any uploads till know, I
just want to make sure you'll adopt it.
