NanoURL is an implementation of the TinyURL website for your localhost. All
that it needs are 2 PHP files, php + mySQL support, and a simple mySQL
database.

NanoURL allows you to play around with TinyDisk without polluting TinyURL's
database. It also can serve as a base for your own URL-shortening service.
