 vtiger CRM is a web-based Open Source CRM software built over LAMP
 architecture (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and other open source
 projects mainly for small and medium businesses.

the first time, i would like to package SugarCRM but the SPL licence was a bit 
problematic : http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2005/11/msg00112.html

And vtiger arrived, it's a fork of SugarCRM, MPL licensed (a bit better).
